Project Details
The project involved the meticulous assembly and installation of two stainless steel hydraulic roller gates and two State Bulk Head Gates. Tasked with this critical operation, Caliagua’s team expertly set the stainless steel frames, utilizing a high-performance grout mix to ensure a robust and enduring foundation. Following the secure placement of the frames, the team proceeded with the careful installation of the gates. Each step was carried out with precision, culminating in comprehensive testing to confirm proper functionality. Additionally, Caliagua was responsible for the installation and subsequent testing of the hydraulic piping system, which is integral to the gate operation. This detailed work by Caliagua contributed to the overarching goal of enhancing water regulation and control for their client, promising improved performance and long-term serviceability of the water management systems.
