Installation of (3) 4000 GPM – 75HP submersible pumps and (1) 200 GPM – 5HP submersible nuisance pumps inside of a 40’ deep wet well structure. Caliagua installed all piping including pipe supports, valve vault, chain hoist, structural steel, and misc. site concrete work. Our scope also included all pump station electrical work including a 175kW standby generator and Automatic Transfer Switch. Caliagua had to apply for SCAQMD permits and coordinate all inspections with multiple agencies. All work was completed to the satisfaction of the City of Burbank and Caltrans. Caliagua performed all commissioning and turnover ahead of schedule. Our scope was extended to perform monthly maintenance to the entire site.
